【前 言】
青岛,是中国最重要的经济中心城市和沿海开放城市之一,也是闻名中外的风景旅游胜地,其独具优势的港口贸易、金融服务、旅游度假与开发潜力使其极具经济活力,APEC、亚欧会议等系列国际型展览均选择在此举办。
Qing Dao, one of the most important cities of economic center and one of the most important open coastal cities which is a well known scene at home and abroad, possess the favored harbor trade, finance service, traveling and vacation which make Qing Dao energetic. APEC、ASEM and other international exhibitions were held here also.
中国每年数以百亿的民俗用品市场,吸引了来自世界各地的目光,民俗用品范围极为广泛,包括佛事用品、工艺礼品、喜庆及福寿用品都涵盖其中,2007年10月22日-24日,由北京山东企业商会、石家庄普今展览展示有限公司等相关机构共同举办我国迄今为止最具规模的民俗商务博览会将在青岛银海海星国际会展中心举行,该中心位于东海中路 30 号,坐落于世界上最大的海星内,拥有世界上独一无二的观海平台,展出面积共12000 平米,旨在通过此会全面展示我国的民俗文化产业,其为走向世界搭建宽广的互动平台,届时来自世界各国和我国的相关用品生产商将与各大进出口公司、贸易公司、代理商、经销商、终端用户展开为期三天的商业洽谈和经贸交流,交易预期将达数十亿元。
China and the rich world cultural heritage together with millions of value folk market have attracted the world attention. The range of the folk items is wide which cover the Buddhist matters, handcrafts and gifts, wedding items and longevity supplies. Besides, the fair is organized by the China Folklore Society ,Shandong Enterprises Association in Bei Jing, Shi Jia Zhuang Pu Jin Exhibition & Display Co.Ltd and also cooperated with other correlated organs together to host it. The fair will be held in Qing Dao Yin Hai Starfish international Convention & Exhibition Center which is located in No. 30 of Dong Hai Mid Road from 22nd, October 2007 to 24th, October 2007. The center is in one of the biggest starfishes in the world which touch 12000 square meters totally. The aim of the fair is to build a reactive platform for International folk products and industry to hit the world’s market. This conference will be inviting the specialized buyers, agents, and distributors, import and export companies, trade companies and end users from various parts of the world .to conduct three-day-long trade exchange with trade volume expected to reach one billion yuan.

1、国内外投资商与中国民俗用品项目交流;
2、举办多场企业专场推介会,重点由民俗用品的生产单位向国际采购商、进出口公司、贸
易公司、各区域经销商、代理商、营销终端、产业文化服务机构做专题推介;
3、计划邀请中央电视台、凤凰卫视、新华社、中国新闻社、中国经营报、中国青年报、南方
都市报、文汇报及其他国内外相关媒体参加交流,并应参会企业要求做相关推介专题。
【The organization of conference】
1.The exchange between the Chinese and foreign investors and non-material cultural heritage, folk supplies
2. Several special enterprise promotion meetings will be held. During the session, the non-material cultural
heritage applicants, production units of folk products, production units of funeral equipments and products will mainly conduct specific promotions towards the international buyers, import and export companies, trade companies, distributors, agents, marketing end-users in various regions, various religious and funeral operation organizations and related cultural service organizations.
3.CCTV, Phoenix TV, Xinhua News Agency, China News Agency, China Business Daily, China Youth Daily,
South Metropolitan Daily, Wenhui Daily and other related media home and abroad will be invited as special
guests to participate in the exchange and meanwhile, to conduct promotions under the request of the participant
enterprises.

1、组委会秘书处设在北京,负责大会主题活动的联络和安排;石家庄、厦门设运营中心,负
责大会的筹备、招商及活动组织;
2、大会会务指南
1)关于国内外机构、部门、团体组织、参展单位与相关人员的书面“邀请函”与回复确认,
回执时间确认结束于2007年9月25日前;2)确认出席、参会单位与到会人士;3)组稿
编辑大会会刊(含通讯录),在2007年10月1日前定稿;4)参会企业特别活动专场须于
2007年10月8日前申报及安排;5)对赞助及协办企业安排免费宣传与优先交流活动;6)
制作统一入会的“贵宾证”、“代表证”、“参展证”、“工作证”进场。
【Procedures of conference】
1.The secretariat of the organizing committee, located in the head office of the Beijing Asia-Europe Expo,
is mainly responsible for the liaison and arrangement of the theme activities of the conference; The operational centers, located in Beijing, Shijiazhuang and XiaMen, will take charge of the preparation, business promotion and activity organization of the conference.
2.Conference Affairs Guide 1)As to the written Invitation Card of the Chinese and foreign institutions, departments, groups and participant units and related personnel and the confirmation.
